DualStar™ Pilates Institute is the very first Instructor Training Program integrated with colleges and universities. Our DualStar Pilates Instructor Program aligns with existing college curriculum as well as concentrations such as Professional Studies, Dance, Equestrian, Exercise Science, and Physical Therapy programs, empowering students to be job-ready upon graduation with not only their college degree…but with a complementary certificate in Pilates Instruction!

Our methodology combines the essential principles of Joseph Pilates’ method of body conditioning with current advances in exercise and medical knowledge to provide the most innovative Pilates Instructor Training Program available.

Our program – Exclusive to Colleges and Universities:

• Provides mastery of standard Pilates equipment—the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac Tower, and Chair—in addition to the innovative Exero™ system
• Familiarizes students with basic human anatomy, enabling them to design safe, effective workouts based on clients’ individual needs
• Prepares students to run a Pilates studio, with training in business and marketing practices
• Is presented in a flexible modular format
